TutorMeGainesville is not responsible for the accuracy or legitimacy of the tutors listed on our website.  Please perform necessary background checks on tutors before meeting them in person.  *Always meet in a public place!

4. USE OF TUTOR LISTINGS

TutorMeGainesville.com provides a listing of tutors in the Gainesville area. We are not responsible for arranging any appointments or responsible for the performance of any tutor or any actions that result from meeting with any tutor listed on our website. TutorMeGainesville.com simply provides tutor details and contact information.

TutorMeGainesville does not perform ANY BACKGROUND CHECKS, it is the responsibility of the user to make the necessary reference and background screenings before meeting with a tutor.  We are not responsible for the accuracy and/or legitimacy of all tutors, instructors, and educators listed on our website.

5. TUTOR LISTING SUBMISSION

By submitting your information as a tutor you are granting us privileges to display the submitted information from your tutor profile form. You agree not to hold TutorMeGainesville.com responsible for any improper use of this content. We also reserve the right to, at any time, remove your listing from our network due to infringement of our policies, inappropriate behavior, or any other reason deemed by TutorMeGainesville.com.

TutorMeGainesville reserves the right to edit the information submitted and displayed by this website without notice.  If you provide certain information such as phone number and email it will be publicly displayed on this website.  We in no way shall be held responsible for any damages that may result from information listed under your name on our website.

Adding your listing to our site is only for TUTORS. By submitting a Tutor Profile you are in accordance with this agreement and shall not harm any customers referred to from this site and only have good intentions for this service.

6. MEMBERS

Being a member of this website is a privilege may be revoked at any time.  By becoming a member you certify that you are in agreement with our Terms of Service and if under age have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to not write vulgar or profane comments anywhere on the website.  The comment and voting tools listed on this website are meant to increase user activity and shall not be abused by any member.  Racist or hateful comments will not be tolerated and will result in account removal and I.P. address banning.
